A stay @ home mom of two teenage daughters and married to a hard-working man (who deserves to retire early). We like to spend autumn days walking trails in the mountains and taking mini-vacations … just to anywhere.
Because the husband deserves to retire early, I searched high and low for a program that would not only give me the tools to succeed but would also provide the training. This is not just a .pdf of steps to help you on your way, indeed you are given a real live person (a coach) to help get you started on your journey! The ListLeverage guys & gals have “been there, done that” and they know the business. Facebook communities and other training resources are available and full of helpful and responsive folks who are earning and learning right along with you.
I believe if we take the action taught to us, put in the persistence required of us, and stay focused on our why’s, we can give our families the financial security and stability we’d wish them to have.
This is what I mean:
Reading his book this past weekend, I came across this quote of P. T. Barnum’s and couldn’t help but be reminded of what I was often told as a child, “God helps those who help themselves.” (Huh?)
As a child, I certainly did not understand that concept one iota. However, as an adult with the privilege of raising my own two daughters, I absolutely do get it now and have tried to teach it to them. On one of our walls is an embroidered picture of two birds pecking at seeds on the ground. The quote therein states, “God gives every bird his food, but He does not throw it into the nest.”
So, Yes! You can have, do, or be anything you set your mind to — but don’t expect it to happen without a little action from your own self! (Or as I was also told as a child – “Put some elbow grease in it!”)
Make it a great day!
